JOB POSTING CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Upon approved job posting and Credit Card authorization for fees due, RetrofitCareers will automatically charge Customer’s credit card for first 30 day period of job posting and will continue to charge Customer’s credit card at the beginning of each 30-day period thereafter as requested by posting customer. This Agreement shall commence on the date the Order is submitted to RetrofitCareers and shall continue for the initial duration specified in the agreement unless earlier terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Customer’s subscription will be automatically renewed for an additional 30-day period (each, a “Renewal Term”) at the end of the Initial Term and any subsequent Renewal Term, unless Customer cancels the Subscription. At the time of automatic renewal, the applicable monthly fee will be charged to the credit card last used by Customer.

Termination by Customer. Because job postings are made by customer request and are posted within 90-minutes of approved order agreement(s), job postings are not cancellable for refundable under normal circumstances. Customer is allowed; by request to cancel any job posting(s) ordered at any time without refund for posting space and related fees. Customer acknowledges that it will not receive any refund upon cancelling the Order, but that the services will be available until the expiration of the Initial Term or Renewal Term in which the cancellation notice is received by RetrofitCareers. Any credits granted by RetrofitCareers are not to exceed amount(s) approved on any given processed order(s) and is solely up to the discretion of RetrofitCareers. Credit Card credits will be made and processed upon RetrofitCareers approval through its third-party Merchant Services provider via its bank and/or partner authorized financial institution.
